- Introduction Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrolment in and participation in the Learn to Assess Patients for ADHD Course, delivered by us, ADHD Training Academy. By enrolling in the Course, you, the learner, agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchase.
- Course Access
The Course consists of 8 modules delivered online.
Access to the Course will be provided upon successful enrolment and payment. Your enrolment is for individual use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without our prior written consent.
- Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment must be made prior to accessing the Course.
Once you have been provided with access to the Course materials, refunds are not available.
If you have not yet accessed the Course, you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase in line with UK consumer law.
- Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including but not limited to text, slides, videos, and resources, are the intellectual property of ADHD Training Academy or its licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Course materials for your personal learning only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the Course materials without prior written permission.
- Learner Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and technology to complete the Course.
You are responsible for your own professional development and for ensuring that you remain up to date with relevant guidance, standards, and best practice in your field.
- Disclaimer
The Course is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional training, supervision, or clinical judgement.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or applicability of the Course content to your individual circumstances.
- Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding the Course, please contact us by email at info@adhdtrainingacademy.co.uk.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and to provide a full response within 20 working days.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the Course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
